Privacy Policy

Who we are

DeskReset is a bodyweight exercise app for home office workers, developed by Noah Allard ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information we do not collect

DeskReset does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. This includes:

• Your name, email address, or account information
• Location data
• Health or fitness metrics beyond what you log within the app
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash reporting

Data stored on your device

DeskReset stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Your workout history and session logs
• App preferences and settings you configure
• Your fitness level and program progress

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Calendar access

DeskReset may request access to your device calendar if you choose to schedule workouts. This access is:

• Always optional — the app functions fully without it
• Granted explicitly by you through your device's permission system
• Used only to read availability and write workout events you request
• Never used to read personal calendar content beyond scheduling needs

Calendar data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Third-party services

DeskReset integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In — required to use DeskReset. Authentication is handled by Google under their own privacy policy. We do not store your Google credentials.
• RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase validation. RevenueCat processes transaction data on our behalf to verify your subscription status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details on their data practices.
• Firebase Authentication — used to manage your app account securely. Firebase is a Google service and operates under Google's privacy policy.

DeskReset does not integrate with any advertising or analytics services. Sign-in with Apple may be added in a future version; this policy will be updated before any such release.

Children's privacy

DeskReset is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
